More from AdventureClubDub

Can't stop raving about these guys. This song was already a favourite after it became popular thanks to the British Series Five of Skins. Now it is so much more than a favourite.

And if that wasn't enough...

This got my head spinning.
Fact.

The Sunlight Hurts My Eyes

Heard the track at the start of the last video on that California Post?
Modestep has hit England big time in 2011 alongside Skrillex and our old favourite Nero. This song inparticular has inspired DJ's across the country and has been making the ground quiver beneath every DubClub in the Uk. Give it a listen here.

What does California have that the UK doesn't? . . .

WELL....

So, everything really.

Meet the AdventureClub

Formed in early 2011, Adventure Club is a Production ouftit / DJ duo formed by local musicians Christian Srigley & Leighton James.
After a blitz in the studio, they've released 5 tracks with an Upcoming EP to hit the scene shortly. With remixes ranging from 1950's classics, post-hardcore rock to the sweet electronic sounds of today.

So, here at WhiteNoise, we are focusing on Adventure Club Dub...watch this sample of their gigs and their music and I need say no more...

DJ ORIGIN INTERVIEW

1. How long have you been involved in the scene
Been mixing since around 94 started making tunes around 2001

2. What are your plans for the rest of this year?
Get my head down and finish various projects, Main focus is  to lanch a new imprint along with dj pleasure around summer called "Killer Bytes" put alot of promotion  into it, just step it up another level. Also dj throught Uk and Europe.

3. How did you get into what your doing
My sister used to go out with a guy renforced records back in the day. I used to bunk school and go round his house listening to tunes, smoking silk cuts ciggs lol. Then natually got into  bedroom mixing  with close friends. Got a break on a pirate radio station called" Flex FM" on a late show....from there went on to play on  Life fm,Rudd Awakening  fm to name a few. Around 2001 went to study sound engineering, moved on to gain work experience @ Moving shaddow, Central Intelligence and Renagade Hardware. From there started producing.

4. Do you remember your first Rave

6. Who in the scene inspired you to want to be a part of it?
I guess @ the time everyone at school and just listening to pirate radio back in the day (Don Fm , Defection, Kool Fm) and all the reinforced guys in north west london. Used to go to the raves back in the day with friends and get mashed lol....from there got the bug

7. Do you feel the scene is in a healthy state ?
Yes, cause you have artists breaking thro on main stream radio, tv flims etc, which is allowing the music to spread to different audiences. Gets more people into drum and bass ,which will only make the partys and scence worldwide stronger. Also the fact of there being a lot producers gives you a wide range of drum and bass. Only thing i would say that some labels need to keep there quality control  tighter to keep a good standard flowing.
